Donald Trump, already facing bi-partisan backlash for his comments suggesting a judge of Mexican descent is unfit to preside over a lawsuit filed against Trump University because of "bias," has gone further, suggesting that a Muslim judge would also not be able to treat him fairly.

On CBS' "Face the Nation," host John Dickerson asked the presumptive Republican nominee, who has said that if elected president he would consider banning Muslims from coming to the U.S., whether a Muslim judge would also be out of the question.

"It's possible, yes. Yeah. That would be possible, absolutely," Trump responded.

Muhammad Ali's brother Rahaman Ali told ABC News today that being the boxing icon's younger brother "was like heaven on earth."

"He was a wonderful angel," an emotional Ali said today, one day after his brother's death, as he reflected on their childhood, close bond and last conversation. "His spirit will always be with me and he doesn't go.

"He’ll always be with me -- in my heart, in my bones, in my mind," Ali said. "He's my brother, my older brother. He's the greatest fighter on this planet. That's one hell of a achievement. My black brother who lived in Kentucky became the most famous man in the world. That's a blessing from God, and I was there from the beginning.

"I miss him but I will see him again in heaven," Ali said.

Muhammad Ali will always be remembered both for his powerful jabs in the ring and his playful barbs outside -- and one man who was a frequent foil for his one liners was ABC sportscaster Howard Cosell.

Ali was a brash, young black boxing champ from Louisville, Kentucky, and Cosell was a Jewish sports reporter from Brooklyn -- but the two formed an unlikely friendship.

For over 30 years, they played their roles to perfection -- Cosell as the pompous commentator, and Ali had just the needle to puncture that pomposity.

But there was also genuine respect and affection -- especially when Ali felt slighted by others.

5. Billy Ray Cyrus Returns to Television in 'Still the King'

Billy Ray Cyrus is coming back to television.

The country crooner, known for hits "Achy Breaky Heart" and "Could've Been Me," in addition to acting alongside his daughter in a Disney channel series, said he was looking for a way to reinvent himself.

"Reinvention, it's an intangible," Cyrus said. "It's not something that you can buy, or something that someone can think of for you. In this case, how do you reinvent out Hannah Montana?"

It seems he’s found the answer with his starring role in the new CMT series, "Still the King."
