1. McAfee Lands in Miami: 'I'm Free'
Software tycoon John McAfee landed in Miami on Wednesday night after being released from detention in Guatemala City. McAfee has not been charged with committing a crime in Guatemala or Belize, where authorities sought to question him about his neighbor's murder.

2. Ore. Gunman's Ex Says He Abruptly Changed, Quit Job
The ex-girlfriend of Jacob Roberts, the gunman police say killed two people and wounded another, told ABC News on Wednesday that Roberts abruptly changed the week before the shooting. Hannah Patricia Sansburn said Roberts quit his job and sold his belongings before the shooting at a Portland, Oregon mall.

3. Bieber Target of Murder Plot
Pop superstar Justin Bieber was the target of a murder plot devised by a convicted killer imprisoned in New Mexico. The plan called for the inmate's fellow prisoner to kill Bieber and his bodyguard while the singer was in New York for concerts at Madison Square Garden.

4. Mandela making Progress With Lung Infection
Doctors treating Nelson Mandela say the former South African president is making progress after a lung infection landed him in the hospital on Saturday.

5. Honda Recalling 800K Vehicles
Honda is recalling more than 800,000 vehicles including the Odyssey minivan, Pilot SUV and the Acura SUV from model year 2003-2006. The company says that over time people are able to remove the key while the car is still in gear, making it possible for the vehicle to roll away.
