— -- Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino allegedly got into a "fist fight" with his brother right before his arrest Tuesday at a New Jersey tanning salon, according to the 911 tape obtained by ABC News.
A customer called the police to report that the "Jersey Shore" star, 31, got into a fight with his brother Frank "with like family trying to pull it apart in the back" of Boca Tanning Salon.
Sorrentino was taken into custody yesterday in Middletown, N.J., where he is opening a franchise store of Boca Tanning, authorities said.
