Kelly Rowland is not a fan of cancel culture -- so much so that she took a moment to share her thoughts on the matter in an Instagram post on Thursday.

The post featured a screenshot of a memo the former Destiny's Child member wrote.

"In this 'cancel culture' we live in, I am SO grateful God NEVER canceled me, And I’m sure he could’ve many-a-times!" she wrote.

"Let us always TRY to remember NOT to judge others. We HONESTLY don’t have the space nor authority too! Let us remember to lead with love & kindness, the world is has enough negativity, for you to pour more into it!" she concluded, followed by #STOPTRYINTOBEGOD.

In the caption of the post, Rowland invited her over 10 million followers to join in on the conversation, adding, "So what light are you bringing into the world? Please share it with me in the comments below."

Celebrities like Lena Waithe, Miguel, Jay Shetty and Draya Michele praised the 39-year-old singer for her bold post. Meanwhile other users noted that simply holding someone accountable for their actions is not the same as cancel culture.

Cancel culture, as defined by Dictionary.com, "refers to the popular practice of withdrawing support for (canceling) public figures and companies after they have done or said something considered objectionable or offensive."
