Mariah Carey announces Merry Christmas One and All holiday tour

Mariah Carey is back to celebrate the holiday season with a Christmas tour kicking off Nov. 15 in Highland, California.

The Grammy-winning singer's Merry Christmas One and All Tour will run for 13 dates, wrapping up Dec. 17 at New York City's Madison Square Garden.

"Yes, the actual defrosting has begun!" Carey wrote in an Instagram post announcing the big news.

A press release teased, "This festive event is a celebration of the global superstar's timeless collection of holiday classics including the record-breaking mega-hit, 'All I Want For Christmas Is You,' and fan favorite chart toppers."

Ticket presales begin Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. local time, with general onsales starting Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. via LiveNation.com. VIP packages are available via vipnation.com.

No word yet on what other holiday surprises Carey is cooking up this Christmas season, but she recently released a 30th anniversary edition of her 1993 album, "Music Box."
