Don't let your broccoli bore you. Try Emeril's oven roasted recipe for some extra flavor.


  • 1 bunch broccoli, washed well and dried, cut into florets
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Cooking Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

    In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil and Kosher salt. Place the broccoli on a large baking sheet and roast until golden brown around the edges and crispy, usually about 10 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
