Do you have great fruits and veggies left over from the garden or farmer's market? Try this recipe for Cilantro Butter demonstrated by Rebecca Kolls on Good Morning America.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for 2 minutes, until completely combined.
Store in plastic bags that can be sealed or in plastic containers in refrigerator, or make into rolls in waxed paper and freeze, until ready to use.
