Vegetable Nicoise Salad

Sara Moulton shared this healthy satisfying salad with Good Morning America.
Dress each vegetable with a teaspoon of vinaigrette and season to taste with salt/pepper. Dress salmon, shrimp or tuna with a teaspoon of vinaigrette and season to taste.
Arrange on a platter in sections then top with crushed ramen noodles for garnish.
