When Florida Sen. Marco Rubio was first elected to Congress, he was seen as a rising star in the GOP. Now, he’s being looked at as a possible VP Pick for Donald Trump.

The 12th Amendment states that presidential and vice presidential candidates running on the same ticket cannot reside in the same state.
