A Chonga's First Red-Carpet Event
Hialeah's very own Juleisy was our red-carpet correspondent.
July 19, 2013— -- Watch out, Joan Rivers: We've got Juleisy, one-half of Hialeah's Finest, who stole the show at the red carpet of Univision's Premios Juventud Award Show.
The good, old-fashioned red carpet was no more on this awards show. Instead of the typical carpet, Univision went for a beachside boardwalk look, complete with huge HD screens showing high tide and surf boards as fashion platforms.
Prince Royce, Becky G and Chino y Nacho stopped by, but only a few got the chance to shoot the breeze with our own Juleisy. She found out this was no classy event; the media pen is as catty as the runway, with reporters fighting for prime spots.
Highlights of Premios Juventud included Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull jumping into a pool after their opening number, Marc Anthony performing his latest hit "Vivir Mi Vida," and demigod Ricky Martin debutinghis new song "Come With Me."
