July 21, 2013— -- It's a quiet Friday evening in Miami's Wynwood Walls, the epicenter of open-air graffiti in the trendy Wynwood neighborhood.
Eight people sit down and wait for the menu. In the middle of the group sits a young couple. She is smiling and chatting away, while the guy keeps tapping his right foot.
Another man, wearing purple pants, a white shirt and a red bow tie stands in the open grassy area of the Wynwood Kitchen restaurant. He frames his index fingers and thumbs into a square as he casually inspects the outdoor décor. Music starts to play through the outdoor speakers.
Out of nowhere, people start to converge on the grassy area, dancing to the music. A flashmob is taking place.
The young couple move closer to get a better look. He looks at the girl, chuckles, and joins in. The girl laughs, but she can't help but to look confused.
Two minutes go by and the song ends. The whole group kneels while the young man remains standing. He smiles and approaches the girl.
