5 Ways to Tell if You Are a Superhero

June 14, 2013 — -- ABC News Nightline Producer Meredith Frost also happens to be a superhero fanatic. And she was psyched to produce a Nightline segment about "Man of Steel," the newest movie in the Superman series.

Frost was lucky enough to film an interview with Henry Cavill, who plays Superman, and she even saw the costumes worn in the movie.

"Superman is the most underrated superhero, ever," said Frost. "He is impossibly good."

So take Frost's advice – If you are experiencing the following symptoms, it might be time to consult a member of the Justice League.

"Man of Steel," directed by Zack Snyder and produced by Christopher Nolan is in theatres now.
