CrossFit, founded in 2000, is an exercise program that combines aerobic exercise, gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. Hundreds of CrossFit athletes (and groupies) meet annually at the CrossFit Games, where male and female athletes compete to be named “The Fittest on Earth.”

Since Fusion’s National Affairs Correspondent Jorge Rivas happens to be the most muscular person on staff, who better to cover the seventh annual CrossFit Games? After all, how hard could lifting a few weights be? Take a look at the video above.
