Three Americans Killed in IED Attack in Afghanistan
Three Americans and a local interpreter were killed this morning when a coalition force convoy was attacked in Afghanistan, according to the Pentagon.
The IED attack occurred while the convoy was on combat patrol in the Sayed Abad District. One vehicle was completely destroyed by the severe blast and fire damage.
Coalition forces have secured the scene of the blast, said the Pentagon, and are searching for the attackers.
