Are you eating out less, seeing fewer movies, changing vacation plans especially if they involve driving?

Have you changed how you go to work? Has your employer created programs to help you save money?

If you'd like to share your experiences with gas prices, please fill out the form below and let us know whether an ABC News producer may contact you to possibly include you in one of our reports.
