Peeps on Parade

Each year, a handful of newspapers across the country ask readers to have some fun with Peeps, those marshmallow chicks that pop up around Easter. These amazing dioramas capture the spirit of America and the themes of our times. Here's a look at the favorites sent to the Chicago Tribune.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of "The Wizard of Oz." To celebrate, Randy Rowe recreated several scenes from the famed movie with Peeps. Here the Wicked Witch of the West promises to get Dorothy's ruby slippers.
