One month after "Jon & Kate Plus 8" stars Jon and Kate Gosselin announced their plans to get a divorce, he's been photographed more often with his 22-year-old girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, than with his eight children. Jon's defended his public relationship with Glassman, telling People magazine, "I'm a regular guy who is a going through a very difficult time in life and wants to move forward."
