She's pregnant!

"We are so happy to share with you that Milo is going to be a big brother," Milano, 41, wrote on her website.

Milo would be the son that the "Mistresses" actress and her agent husband David Bugliari welcomed three years ago. Since then, she's been very open about her hope to expand their family.

"I want to have another child, just because I want Milo to have a sibling and have someone to grow with," she told People last year. "My brother and I are so close, and I can't imagine not giving my son that kind of relationship."
