American Music Awards 2015: Details of Justin Bieber's Performance

— -- Justin Bieber closed the American Music Awards on Sunday night and his performance did not disappoint.

The mini-show opened with Bieber playing an acoustic version of "What Do You Mean?" and the whole crowd had purple glow sticks as part of the T-Mobile Finale. It was pitch black and all you could see were the lights.

Bieber then broke into a louder version of "Where Are Ü Now" in front of a light show and a group of backup dancers. He threw the mic to the side and broke out into his big dance number for the song.

After the dance was over, Bieber picked up the mic and walked out into a rain shower, where he looked to embrace the flowing water while he sang his hit "Sorry."

"Is it too late now to say sorry?" he sang, while stomping in the water piling up.

To close things out, Bieber threw off his hat and stood in the rain.
