'The Bachelorette' Couple Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth Reveal What They've Learned About Each Other

— -- Since the finale of "The Bachelorette" aired Monday night, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth have been able to go public with their relationship.

However, the couple actually got engaged in early May, when the show was taped, and since then, have learned a lot about each other.

"It gets better and better every day," Booth told ABC News.

That's not to say that things are always perfect.

Bristowe laughed and explained that since the show wrapped, she's learned that Booth is a bit of a "cover hog" and spends more time getting ready than she does.

"I couldn't believe he blow-dries his hair!" she marveled. "I'm really gonna have to try and take a backseat when it comes to you being the pretty one."

Meanwhile, Booth discovered that his bride-to-be is a master breakfast chef.

"She makes the best breakfast sandwiches," he gushed.

Bristowe just wishes that he was more open to her culinary exploits come dinner time. While she'd love to make a favorite -- chicken with steamed veggies -- his tastes are decidedly different.

"He's so healthy, but every night he's like, 'So, are we doing pepperoni pizza?'" she said. "I'm like, 'How do you stay in that ridiculous shape?! It's not fair!'"
