April 3, 2014 -- Rachel Frederickson has undergone yet another transformation.

Since revealing her shocking weight loss on "The Biggest Loser," the 24-year-old actress has gained some weight.

"I've gone up about 20 pounds," she told Us Weekly magazine. "I think I'm at my perfect weight!"

Inside Rachel Frederickson's Fitness Routine

Frederickson drew criticism in February when she revealed her new figure on the season finale of the weigh-loss competition show. At the time, she had gone from 260 pounds to 105 pounds, and some said she'd taken things too far. Now, her fitness routine (which at one point involved three or four workouts each day) has decreased in intensity.

"I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," she told the magazine. "I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

She also maintains a relationship with the show's experts, who help her to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

"We have monthly calls with the other contestants and the show psychologist," Frederickson said. "And our nutritionist is available 24/7. I'll call her from the farmers' market and say, 'What is this? How would I cook it?'"

The former athlete also has a positive outlook on the criticism she received after the show. Calling those comments "a gift," she explained that she welcomes any dialogue about body image.

"That's huge," she said.
