'Captain America' Wins Box Office for Second Straight Weekend

The film earned as estimated $72.6 million this weekend.

— -- "Money Monster" didn't scare moviegoers from seeing "Captain America."

For the second weekend in a row, "Captain America: Civil War" was the top movie, earning an estimated $72.6 million from Friday through Sunday. It has now taken in more than $295 million at the domestic box office to date.

"Captain America: Civil War" is the latest superhero film from Marvel, which, like ABC News, is owned by Disney.

"Money Monster," the Jodie Foster-directed thriller headlined by George Clooney and Julia Roberts, collected $15 million to open in third place.

The horror film "The Darkness," starring Kevin Bacon, finished in fourth place, with a $5.2 million debut.
