— -- Like many others in the U.S., celebrities are getting into the competitive spirit with the official opening of the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro last night.

Here's who we spotted celebrating their red, white and blue.

Gisele Bundchen

The super model, who participated in the opening ceremony by strutting on the world's longest catwalk, expressed her gratitude on Instagram.

"It was very exciting to be part of this special moment," she wrote in a caption. "Everyone involved worked with dedication and passion to create a show that gave the world a glimpse of our history and Brazil's essence. It was beautifully presented. Our Brazilian community is hard working, cheerful, and welcoming.I believe that we showed the world the beauty of our diversity."

Sarah Jessica Parker

The "Divorce" star appeared to be enjoying watching the opening ceremony on her television. Snapping a shot of her screen, she captioned the photo: "Yes! Let the games begin."

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher

The married couple showed off their Ralph Lauren-designed Olympic jackets while watching the games. Their cute photo was captioned, "Arm chair Olympians. Go team USA!!! We got your back! Ty for the blazers @ralphlauren."

Michelle Kwan

Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan shared a video of how she celebrated the Olympics Friday night with co-workers. She and her team raced, with laptops in hand, across a faux finish line. The results are this hilarious video. Oh, and of course Kwan won!

Ryan Seacrest

The former "American Idol" host showed off his own Ralph Lauren jacket as he watched the opening ceremony on TV. The radio host tweeted that he was "beaming with pride watching."

Michelle Collins

The former "View" co-host had only one thing on her mind as she watched the ceremony. "Now the only part of the #OpeningCeremony that matters: Finding the hot athletes," she jokingly tweeted.

Elizabeth Banks

If the "Hunger Games" star's emojis are any indication, she's super excited about the start of the Olympics.
