Charlie Sheen Loses Goddesses, Gains Show?
Natalie Kenly reportedly leaves Sheen on heels of ex-"goddess" Bree Olson.
June 27, 2011 — -- While Charlie's angels have split, his professional life could be turning around.
Today, RadarOnline reported that Charlie Sheen has inked a deal for a new sitcom with Lionsgate Television and cited an unnamed source saying broadcast and cable networks are bidding on it. Lionsgate is the production house behind acclaimed TV series including "Mad Men" and "Weeds."
Asked to comment on the report, Sheen's publicist said the actor is "receiving several opportunities but can't comment on anything at this time."
A spokesperson for Lionsgate declined ABCNews.com's requests for comment.
He hasn't been so lucky in love. Sheen's last remaining "goddess," Natalie Kenly, reportedly moved out of the down-and-out sitcom star's Beverly Hills home a week ago. The two were last seen together celebrating Kenly's 25th birthday at the W Hotel in Los Angeles June 2.
Their breakup wasn't pretty. Sheen is demanding Kenly return the Mercedes he bought her while they were together, according to TMZ.com.
Sheen's porn-star girlfriend, Bree Olson, broke up with him in April via text message.
The 45-year-old actor has been mostly MIA since his "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour ended in May and CBS and Warner Bros. announced that Ashton Kutcher would replace Sheen on the hit comedy "Two and a Half Men."
A friend contacted by ABCNews.com early this month said, "I've seen him and he's doing OK," refusing to elaborate.
Sheen's former "Two and a Half Men" co-star Jon Cryer, whom Sheen dubbed a "troll" and "traitor," recently spoke to David Letterman about his former friend's quick downward spiral.
"It's as much a mystery to me as to everyone, I think," Cryer said Wednesday.
"I love him, he's a great friend," Cryer added. "None of us wanted to continue with the show if we felt like it was hurting him, and there was a point at which, we felt like, there's no control over him."
And now there seems to be few sightings of him. Sheen had been scheduled to take his tour to Australia and Europe this month, although there's been no word on the tour's status.
As for accompanying his friend Sean Penn to Haiti, as Sheen promised in March, Penn's rep told ABCNews.com, "The trip has not happened."
But Sheen might be planning a stint somewhere else. He took to Twitter last week to suggest that he might travel far south of the border. In response to a fan who said he should "come to colombia, its like heaven," citing the country's reputation for gorgeous women, Sheen replied, "Medellin..? Hmmmm..."
