Chris Pratt is more than just the next A-list actor.
The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star is basically a hero in real life, too.
Pratt, 35, stopped by the L.A. Children's Hospital Wednesday to give kids a special screening of his new movie.
"Star Lord (@prattprattpratt) cheered up our patients by sharing #GuardiansOfTheGalaxy! Thanks for making them smile!" the hospital tweeted yesterday.
Pratt also dressed in character for the kids and handed out toys.
E! News reports that Pratt even read movie lines with patient Dylan Prunty, who is a big fan of his and "The Lego Movie." He also signed autographs and let kids try on his costume.
Well played sir, well played! Attention to celebrities everywhere: This is the epitome of a movie star.
