Dakota Johnson Tells Ellen DeGeneres That ‘50 Shades of Grey' Has Men 'Running for the Hills'

— -- Actress Dakota Johnson spoke to Ellen DeGeneres on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" today and revealed how her dating life has changed since “50 Shades of Grey” was released.
Johnson confirmed to DeGeneres that she is currently single after the talk-show host asked the “Black Mass” actress if her role in “50 Shades of Grey” has affected her dating life.
“Do you notice a difference in guys approaching you or not approaching you?” asked DeGeneres. "Are people more attracted to you or do you think people are scared of you?"
“If those are the two options, I guess they're scared of me," replied Johnson. "They either love me or they’re running for the hills. I guess they’re running for the hills,” she said.
Later in the show, DeGeneres gifted the 25-year-old actress with “special props” for Johnson to use when filming the “50 Shades of Grey” sequel, including an “Ellen Blue” Flogger and “Ellen Blue” handcuffs.
Johnson noted that The "50 Shades of Grey" sequel, titled “50 Shades Darker,” will begin filming in 2016.
