— -- After David Beckham's daughter Harper was photographed recently using a pacifier at 4 years old, some media outlets commented, and one in particular stated his daughter could have dental problems if she continued to use the device.
Beckham took to Instagram on Monday to slam any critics and defend his daughter using the baby soother at her age.
"Why do people feel they have the right to criticize a parent about their own children without having any facts ??" he wrote.
Beckham, 40, also posted a picture of one story from The Daily Mail that he was firing back at.
"Everybody who has children knows that when they aren't feeling well or have a fever you do what comforts them best and most of the time it's a pacifier so those who criticize think twice about what you say about other people's children because actually you have no right to criticize me as a parent," he added.
Harper is the youngest of four kids. David and Victoria Beckham are also parents to Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, and Cruz, 10.
