Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady Celebrate Patriots' Victory

— -- Patriots’ fans were excited by their team's big win Sunday against the Chicago Bears, but perhaps nobody was as fired up as the quarterback, Tom Brady, and wife Gisele Bündchen.

The supermodel posted a photo of herself with her husband, celebrating the victory.

"So happy for my love!!! Go Pats!!! 51 points!!!" she wrote.

Bündchen, 34, who has been married to Brady, 37, since 2009, has long been supportive of her husband's career, attending his games and bringing their children to his practices. He returns the favor, she told "Good Morning America."

"He's a wonderful man and he's so supportive. It's great that way," she gushed. "I'm his biggest fan and I think it goes both ways."
