How Jennifer Aniston's Fiance Made Her 'Gain a Couple Extra Pounds'

Jennifer Aniston is a lucky woman!

Not only is her fiancé, Justin Theroux, a talented writer and actor, but turns out, he can cook too! His star dish? Pasta.

"Like, hello!" she told People magazine. "Carbonara. It's a killer. The last couple of years since meeting this man have made me gain a couple extra pounds, but it's all worth it."

How Jennifer Aniston Keeps In Shape

The Aveeno spokeswoman, 45, told the magazine that to keep in shape, she does 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of yoga or floor exercises regularly.

"It catches up to you, and you take care of it," she explained. "But it's still fun. It was all in the name of love!"
