Jennifer Lopez Announces Las Vegas Residency

— -- Jennifer Lopez will launch a residency in Las Vegas early next year.
The singer made the announcement on "American Idol" Tuesday night. She'll launch a run at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino's AXIS Theater Jan. 20, 2016.
"I've been preparing for this moment my entire life,” she said in a statement. “The show is going to be a multifaceted high energy Jenny from the Block party, mixing all aspects of what my fans and I love - Dance, Hip Hop, Latin and Pop. It’s going to be the show I’ve always dreamt of creating.”
Lopez, 45, has dates scheduled for January, February, May and June of 2016 and tickets for the first 20 performances will go on sale to the public Saturday. More info is available on JLoVegas.com.
