Kim Kardashian West Held Up at Gunpoint in Paris Mansion, Millions in Jewelry Stolen

— -- Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint in a private mansion early Monday in Paris, in a brazen burglary that saw multiple suspects run off with approximately $10 million worth of jewelry, according to a spokesperson.
The spokesperson for Kardashian West said "two armed masked men dressed as police officers," were behind the hold up, and added, "She is badly shaken but physically unharmed."
Five individuals dressed as policemen entered Kim Kardashian’s private mansion overnight, a French judicial source confirmed to ABC News.
The thieves stole a ring worth approximately 4 millions euros (about $4.5 million at the current exchange rate), and a box full of jewelry worth approximately 5 million euros ($5.6 million).
Kardashian West was in the city for Paris Fashion Week.
Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo condemned the assault on Kardashian West.
"I would like to voice my support for her and to tell her she will always be welcomed in Paris," the mayor tweeted, adding that she has "full confidence" in the police in charge of the investigation.
Also on Sunday, Kanye West cut short his set at a New York City music festival due to what he described as "a family emergency."
According to Billboard, West ended his set at the Meadows Festival in Queens 20 minutes early, at 9:40 p.m., during a performance of his song "Heartless," and announced to the crowd that he had a family emergency.
Video of the announcement was posted by fans on social media.
The Twitter account for the Meadows Festival posted, "Due to an emergency, Kanye West had to end his performance early. Please get home safely."
