Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian Help Scott Disick Celebrate His Birthday in Las Vegas

— -- Even though they split almost a year ago, reality TV star Scott Disick seemed on good terms with his ex Kourtney Kardashian during his 33rd birthday celebration in Las Vegas on Friday.

Photos of the festivities showed the two were in good company, as Khloe Kardashian, Malika Haqq and other friends also joined the partygoers at 1 OAK in Sin City.

Before touching down in Las Vegas, Disick and the Kardashian clan boarded a private jet and celebrated the birthday boy with his own special cake, according to photos shared on Instagram.

Disick's actual birthday was Thursday.

The two, who had dated for nine years, made their break up public last July and are parents to three children -- Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1.
