Kristin Cavallari Fires Back at Critics of Her Kids' Appearance
Commenters on Instagram called them too skinny.
— -- Kristin Cavallari took to Instagram recently after she felt comments about her two kids Camden, 3, and Jaxon, 2, went too far.
The reality star and mother posted a picture of her kids playing on the beach for July 4, but people thought the kids looked too skinny.
"Even though we're not in the states, were still celebrating hope everyone has a fun and safe 4th!" she wrote.
While some fans wrote "Beautiful family" and "your boys look perfect to me!" others said the kids looked underfed.
Cavallari fired back, writing, "Yep. I starve my children ... Just blocked the most people I've ever blocked in my entire life. Happy 4th hahaha."
After she had blocked some, others started to voice their support.
"People hate, unfortunately it's easier for some; for others it's easier to say what a remarkable woman," one wrote. Another added, "Ignore those unhappy haters!"
The mother of three has opened up about her diet in the past.
"I'm the kind of person that does not eat any toxic chemicals. ... I just try to eat real food," she told E! News in 2015.
In that interview, she also talked about having trouble keeping on weight.
"I can look really skinny and I don't like that look. So, yes, I'm drinking protein shakes, I'm trying to put on muscle and I'm lifting very heavy weight right now," she said.
