Kristin Cavallari Reveals She 'Consistently' Goes to Therapy With Husband Jay Cutler
The former "Laguna Beach" star is pregnant with her third child.
— -- Kristin Cavallari has revealed that one of the things that keeps her marriage to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler so strong is relationship therapy.
In an interview with American Baby magazine, Cavallari, 28, revealed that she "consistently" goes to therapy with her husband.
"I'm not ashamed to say that Jay and I consistently go to therapy, because it's been extremely beneficial for our relationship," Cavallari said.
"For example, when you're fighting you should never place blame on your partner by saying, ‘You do this' or ‘You do that.' You should say how those actions make you feel. It goes a long way."
Cavallari also discussed how she and Cutler are preparing for their third child, who is due in the spring. Cavallari gushed about how excited she is to be having a baby girl this time around.
“She’s going to steal Jay’s heart, which will in turn melt mine!” Cavallari said. “I’m excited for the boys to grow up with a sister. I think it will help them to better understand and respect women.”
Cavallari and Cutler have been married since 2013. They have two other children together, sons Camden Jack, 3, and Jaxon Wyatt, 18 months.
