As Hollywood prepares for Sunday's Academy Awards to recognize the best of the best, another set of awards was handed out today for the worst of the worst -- and this year the big winner was "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2."

The final installment of the vampire/teen love series set a record with 11 nominations, and came away with seven Golden Raspberry Awards, more commonly known as the Razzies, which honor the worst actors and films of the year.

The awards are meant to be an Oscar spoof, as they are revealed the day before the big show.

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2" beat out "Battleship," "The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure," "A Thousand Words" and "That's My Boy," for worst picture of the year.

That may have come as some relief to Adam Sandler, star of "That's My Boy," after his last effort, "Jack & Jill" set a record by taking home 10 Razzies, causing many to wonder if his film would sweep again this year.

Sandler wasn't forgotten by the voters, though. He was named Worst Actor for his efforts and "That's My Boy" received the spray-painted statuette for Worst Screenplay.

"Breaking Dawn -- Part 2," also was honored for Worst Actress (Kristen Stewart), Worst Supporting Actor (Taylor Lautner), Worst Screen Couple (Lautner and 12 year-old Mackenzie Foy), Worst Screen Ensemble, Worst Remake/Rip-Off or Sequel and Worst Director (Bill Condon),

In the 10th category, Worst Supporting Actress, Razzie voters chose pop singer Rihanna, who was making her big screen debut in "Battleship."
