'Real Housewife' Tamra Barney to Be a Grandma at 46

— -- "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Barney Judge is going to be a grandma -- at just 46!

She posted a picture of her son Ryan Vieth's fiance Sarah Rodriguez's sonogram on Sunday tagging "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen before she was set to appear on a reunion special.

"@bravoandy we've got something to talk about tomorrow night. Thank you Jesus #blessing," Judge wrote.

Vieth also posted a picture on his Instagram account, captioned "#ohmartha what's going on in there."

Judge is currently married to her third husband, Eddie Judge. Vieth and Rodriguez were engaged in April.

Vieth's father is Darrne Vieth, Judge's ex-husband.
