May 8, 2014 -- Margo Seibert doesn't have a lot of free time.

As one of the stars of Broadway's "Rocky," Seibert, who plays Adrian, does eight shows each week, all while trying to enjoy some semblance of a social life.

"Finding balance is the best kind of challenge. It’s how do I take care myself that's really important to me," she told ABC News. "Making sure I get in a certain number of yoga classes and acupuncture -- the things that keep me grounded."

Seibert tries to fit in 2-3 yoga classes each week, and to make it easier, she attends classes at a studio near her Brooklyn apartment. She also has a membership to a local gym and, as per tradition with the rest of the cast, she does push-ups before each show. Her record is 19 in a row.

"I keep my gym clothes at the theater and I run over and do a few miles on the treadmill just to make me feel focused," she said, adding that at one point, she also took boxing lessons. "I don't want to overdo it because I do run around quite a bit during the show!"

To make sure her singing voice is in tip-top condition, Seibert avoids alcohol and to make sure she has enough energy for each performance, she keeps almonds, figs and bananas in her dressing room. If she needs to sate her sweet tooth, Seibert reaches for dark chocolate peanut butter cups.

"I eat the same thing over and over over. I’m always eating salmon and veggies, salmon and veggies, salmon and veggies," she said with a sigh of her bigger meals. "But I have to eat [snacks] during intermission too so I'm not completely starving."

After her show, Seibert avoids parties and heads straight home so she can get 10 hours of sleep. She also had to give up her favorite vice -- brunch! -- because, she noted, doing a matinee show with a belly full of eggs benedict is near impossible.

"You live like a nun," she noted of her lifestyle. "But it's thrilling. It’s a great roller coaster and I’m hanging on!"
