— -- Blake Lively announced last month that she and husband Ryan Reynolds are expecting their first baby.

This very attractive A-list couple couldn't be more excited to welcome a child next year and Reynolds, 38, told People magazine he's ready to go.

“I don’t have a weak stomach,” Reynolds said. “I’m good with diapers and diarrhea and all that kind of stuff because I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I’ve done it all before.”

Actors Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds attend an event at Cipriani Wall Street on Oct. 20, 2014 in New York City.

Reynolds has always been open about wanting a big family, like the ones he and Lively grew up with.

“I’m just excited about having a buddy,” he said. “We don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl yet, but whatever it is, you have this tether to reality that never goes away.”

Reynolds added he's not stressing and "leaving a lot of room for error" at being a first time dad.
