Sandra Lee Describes Her 'Rough Couple Days'
The lifestyle guru recently returned home after having a double mastectomy.
— -- Sandra Lee has had a difficult week.
The lifestyle guru, who returned home on Monday after having a double mastectomy, shared a video message thanking her fans for their support and describing the past few days.
"I had a rough couple days, I have to say, and yesterday I overdid it," she said. "I drank two cups of coffee because I love my coffee and it made me sick to my stomach. So that was not smart. Not good. Coffee's on the bad list."
Lee, 48, revealed earlier this month that she'd been diagnosed with breast cancer and planned to have the surgery. She was hospitalized for about a week and is heading back to the doctor today.
"Last night, I twisted wrong in bed and I tore something. I don't know what I tore but I know it's not good," she said. "It only hurt for a little while."
The TV personality concluded by encouraging her fans to continue to write to her.
"I just want to thank you so much for sending me so many beautiful messages. ... I read them all," she said. "They keep me busy. Thank you. Thank you so much. I love you all."
