Former Phish frontman Trey Anastasio was accused of driving under the influence of drugs in an upstate New York town near the Vermont border early Friday. The 42-year-old guitarist was pulled over by an officer who saw his car failing to keep to the right side of the road at about 3:30 a.m., police said. A search of the vehicle turned up quantities of the painkillers hydrocodone and Percocet, as well as the anti-anxiety drug Xanax, which had been prescribed for someone else, according to authorities.

Rip Torn was arrested Dec. 4 after a collision in North Salem, N.Y. The 75-year-old character actor has appeared in such films as "Dodgeball" and "Men In Black." Torn was acquitted of DUI charges in New York two years earlier, when jurors said the prosecution failed to show he was intoxicated during a fender-bender with a taxi.

Frank Agnello, who starred with his mother and two brothers on the reality TV show "Growing Up Gotti," was pictured in this mug shot after police pulled him over on Nov. 27 for failing to heed a stop sign. They allegedly found marijuana, OxyContin and morphine pills in his car.
Suffolk County Police
Mel Gibson was arrested in Malibu, Calif., on July 28, on suspicion of drunk driving. Shortly after, it was reported that Gibson unleashed an anti-Semitic tirade and made other offensive comments to officers. Gibson issued a public apology for his conduct.
Naomi Campbell was arrested in New York in March for allegedly hurling a cell phone at an assistant. In a separate incident, Campbell was accused of attacking her drug counselor in London. Those charges were later dropped for insufficient evidence.
