April 10, 2014 — -- "Sons of Anarchy" star Katey Sagal is basically ageless.

The 60-year-old beauty is heading into the final season of a critically-acclaimed show, which earned her a Golden Globe win in 2011.

And she still looks half her age.

"I take really good care of myself," she told ABC News at the FX premiere of "Fargo" in New York City. "I don't smoke and I don't drink. I sleep a lot, I just think it's an inside job too. I think it's attitude, a lot of it's attitude. I try to have a good one."

Her attitude extends to her work, as she revealed she hasn't gotten down about the end of the show yet.

"I haven't gotten sad, I'm sort of not in that yet," she added. "I'm just not thinking about that. I suppose it will get sad. This one I'm sure there will be sad moments, but it has been an amazing ride."

In "Sons," Sagal got to work with creator Kurt Sutter, who just also happens to be her husband.

"It's pretty great. I think he's quite brilliant, so it's nice to have that other perspective of your mate, where you are able to just create something together and different than at home talking about kids and being in your married life," she said. "I find that fascinating and very sexy."

Even though she and Sutter are married, he's not revealing any details of how the show ends heading into next season.

"No, no, no, he doesn't tell me," she said.

Sagal deoesn't know what the future holds for her as an actress following what she calls the "role of a lifetime."

"I don't know yet [what's next]," she said. "I'm about to go back out there and see, see what happens next, so. I have been so blessed and so grateful to have had this job and the previous ones I've had. I feel very fortunate to have been here to have found this and to have [Kurt] write it for me."
