Stars Celebrate Halloween Early With Throwback Photos

— -- Even more fun than seeing what our favorite celebrities will be for Halloween is seeing them in their costumes as kids.
Taylor Swift started the parade of star Halloween throwback photos with this classic one of her as an eight-year-old dressed as her favorite teletubby from the popular preschool series.
Swift, 25, posted a photo of herself dressed as a yellow Teletubby when she was a kid.
"When you dress as the yellow teletubby for Halloween, but it's before Teletubbies got huge so all the kids at school ask you why you're dressed as a yellow pregnant alien," she wrote on Instragram.

In honor of throwback Thursday, Olivia Wilde posted this vintage Halloween photo.
"Halloween circa 1990," she wrote on Instagram. "Zombie/Wonder Woman? Unclear."

Comedian Amy Schumer knew how to entertain a crowd from a young age. Here the 34-year-old "Trainwreck" star is giving her best witch impression, captioning the photo "dressing as myself."
In her latest Lenny newsletter, Lena Dunham, 29, wrote about "failing" at Halloween for the last 29 years, while including some of her least successful costumes over the years.
She posted three of them on Instagram, writing, "Today in @lennyletter I detail some of my least successful Halloween looks and explore just why this holiday is so torturous for the ladies (clockwise: Secretary, Medusa, Louis CK)"
Katherine Heigl wasn't always the center of attention. It's her friend, dressed as Punky Brewster, who steals the spotlight in this Halloween throwback photo.
"Halloween mid-80s style," the 36-year-old star wrote, while thanking her friend for the photo "of her sister Gina (Punky Brewster!) & me ready for #trickortreating."
