Stars Versus the Help: Sharon Stone

This time, Sharon Stone is being sued by a former housekeeper who claims she was unlawfully fired after being injured on the job.

According to legal documents obtained by ABC News, Angelica Castillo claims she suffered a back injury causing her "extreme and severe physical pain," while loading groceries into the actress' car.

Castillo claims doctors told her to limit lifting heavy objects, but Stone refused to acknowledge the injury or even look at notes from Castillo's doctors.

According to legal documents, Stone called Castillo "crazy" and "stupid" when the housekeeper performed her duties more slowly and later fired her.

Stone's lawyer Marty Singer called the lawsuit "bizarre and ridiculous."

"Ms. Castillo was never fired, and as of today is still covered by health insurance as an employee of Ms. Stone. Her claim that she was supposedly wrongfully terminated is absurd, just like the rest of the lawsuit's fabricated and baseless allegations," Singer said in a statement to ABCNews.com. "We are confident that Ms. Stone will prevail in this meritless case."

This isn't the first time the 55-year-old Stone has been sued by a former staffer. Last May, a former nanny claimed Stone fired her because the star had an issue with her religious beliefs.

The Filipino nanny also claimed she was ordered not to speak to Stone's children, because the actress feared they were going to end up talking like her.

At the time, Stone's publicist told ABCNews.com: "This is a frivolous lawsuit for absurd claims that are made-up and fabricated. Sharon Stone will be completely vindicated in court."

Betancur claims the singer "struck (him) with her fists" and "verbally abused" him. The lawsuit also states that throughout the weekend in Mexico, Rubio, 41, "punched, slapped and kicked (him), causing him abrasions and contusions on his shins and arms."

Betancur quit after they arrived back in Miami.
