July 25 -- Teen pop's favorite couple is considering bringing their romance into the studio.

'N Sync's Justin Timberlake says he and girlfriend Britney Spears want to show off their talents with a duet.

"I want it to be somethin' new that [audiences] haven't heard us do, that they didn't think we could do," Timberlake told Rolling Stone. "I feel like we still have artistic growth to show, and maybe after that, then I'll think about it."

And he's confident the song would burn up the charts. "It definitely would be a spectacle. It would be huge," said Timberlake.

Jackson Reunion Clarification

With all the confusion over attendance for the upcoming Michael Jackson self-tribute concerts, it's no wonder it's been nearly two decades since the famous singing family has shared a stage.

First Jermaine dropped off the bill, and then speculation began over Marlon's attendance.

Now Marlon is issuing a statement to clarify he will indeed perform at the September events in New York, saying "I feel very sorry for the confusion my brother Jermaine has caused by his statement."

Marlon also wants to make it clear that the brothers Jackson can indeed have a full reunion with or without Jermaine. This reunion is of the Jacksons, not the Jackson 5, pointing out that they recorded as the Jacksons sans Jermaine when they left Motown Records and churned out "Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)" and "Blame it on the Boogie."

Regardless of how many Jacksons participate, other pop stars will lend a hand at the concert. "We love 'N Sync and are so glad that they're part of this tribute to Michael," said Marlon.
