Feb. 12, 2007 &#0151 -- A photo of the inside of Anna Nicole Smith's refrigerator shows vials of methadone and bottles of diet drinks, according to TMZ.com.

The Web site declined to reveal the source of the image, which it said had been taken after she had died, but said it had "100 percent verified the authenticity of this photo."

The photo shows the contents of the refrigerator that TMZ.com says was located in Smith's bedroom in the Bahamas.

The photo shows a large bottle labeled "methadone," cans of Slim-Fast diet drinks, and several other smaller vials of what appears to be "injectable medicines," according to TMZ.com.

The fridge also contained Miracle 2000, a nutritional supplement; Worcestershire sauce; yogurt; and spray butter.

Smith's son, Daniel, died from a combination of drugs that authorities say included methadone.

The cause of Smith's death has not been determined.

TMZ.com says it has confirmed that law enforcement in the Bahamas is aware of the contents of the refrigerator.
