Taylor Swift releases new single 'Look What You Made Me Do'

— -- Taylor Swift is back with new music.
The singer released late Thursday night her new song "Look What You Made Me Do," the first single from her upcoming, 6th studio album "Reputation." (Read the song's lyrics below.)
A preview of the music video for "Look What You Made Me Do" will air on "Good Morning America" later today; "Reputation" will drop Nov. 10. Below is the lyric video, released Thursday night.
Swift, 27, co-wrote the song with her friend Jack Antonoff, who also collaborated with her on her previous album "1989." Together, the two wrote the songs "Out of the Woods," "You Are in Love" and a bonus track, "I Wish You Would."
Swift has been teasing the new album since Monday, when she posted the first of three videos of snakes to her newly-revamped social media accounts.
"Reputation" is the sixth album for Swift, who last released "1989" in 2014. That album won three Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year, and the corresponding world tour helped catapult Swift to the top of Forbes' top earning celebrity list in 2016. According to the magazine, the singer earned $170 million from over the course of that year.
In 2017, Swift has stayed out of the spotlight for the most part. In June, however, she made headlines for making her catalog available to streaming services, and two months later, she won a sexual assault lawsuit against a former radio D.J. whom she accused of groping her.
"I want to thank Judge William J. Martinez and the jury for their careful consideration, my attorneys Doug Baldridge, Danielle Foley, Jay Schaudies and Katie Wright for fighting for me and anyone who feels silenced by a sexual assault, and especially anyone who offered their support throughout this four-year ordeal and two-year long trial process," Swift said in a statement at the time. "I acknowledge the privilege that I benefit from in life, in society and in my ability to shoulder the enormous cost of defending myself in a trial like this. My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard. Therefore, I will be making donations in the near future to multiple organizations that help sexual assault victims defend themselves."
"LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO" LYRICS
Written by Taylor Swift, Jack Antonoff, Richard Fairbrass, Fred Fairbrass and Rob Manzoli
I don't like your little games Don't like your tilted stage The role you made me play Of the foolNo, I don't like you
I don't like your perfect crimeHow you laugh when you lie You said the gun was mineIsn't coolNo, I don't like you
Pre Chorus:
But I got smarter I got harder in the nick of timeHoney, I rose up from the dead I do it all the timeI got a list of names and yours is in red, underlined I check it onceThen I check it twice
Chorus:Ooh Look what you made me do Look what you made me do Look what you just made me do Look what you just made me do Ooh Look what you made me do Look what you made me do Look what you just made me do Look what you just made me do
I don't like your kingdom keys They once belonged to meYou asked me for a place to sleep Locked me out and threw a feast The world moves onAnother day another drama, drama But not for me, Not for meAll I think about is karmaAnd then the world moves onBut one thing's for sure Maybe I got mine But you'll all. get. yours.

Oh, ‘cause she’s dead.”
