— -- Taylor Swift has a knack for being there for fans at just the right time.

No one needed Swift more than Ally Moronese, who recently had to move out of her New Jersey home that she's lived in for about 20 years.

On her Tumblr page, the 24-year-old singer wrote, "Life is so hard I don't know what to do about it. It makes me so sad :(," she wrote. "And now moving is just really emotional and sad for me.??"

In fact, she told Cosmopolitan.com that leaving the only home she's ever known was especially tough when, "you're in your room and everything in your room is empty."

Well, the story caught Swift's eye and after the "Shake it Off" singer posted "thinking of you" on Moronese's Tumblr, the megastar went one step further and also sent her the most amazing care package.

"Knowing that Taylor Swift ... knows who I am and knows about my life and feels the need to want to be there for me because she likes my blog — like, that's so weird!" she told Cosmo. "Her being there for me right now makes me not think so much about it because I am like, oh my god, Taylor Swift was sending me a package in the mail [on Friday, when they DM'd her] and we were moving things out of my house this weekend so I had things to look forward to."

The package included a sweater, a blanket, a beautiful pillow, candles, a journal, and all had a personal message from Swift herself like, "so you can stay warm in the cold Jersey winters" and "Ally, I know you've been through a lot. Sometimes it helps me to put a pen to paper, even if you rip it up afterward. You are perfect."

The final note was the best of all.

"Ally - I've been thinking about you a lot lately and all I want is for you to have a life that you love. I can't begin to understand what you're going through, but if it helps you at all to know that I'm pulling for you," Swift wrote, signing it "Tay."
