Trisha Yearwood Looks Hotter Than Ever!
The size 8 TV chef opened up about her eating habits and insecurities.
Oct. 11, 2013 -- Trisha Yearwood revealed in April that she'd lost 20 pounds, and since then, she's been able to maintain her new, size-8 figure. However, she still finds herself in her old mindset sometimes.
"I still wake up every day and think there's no way my clothes will fit. I used to try on ten things and just wear whatever was the least offensive," she told O, The Oprah Magazine for its November issue. "I guess I still have that mental block."

Last spring, Yearwood, 49, who hosts the Food Network cooking show, "Trisha's Southern Kitchen," and has authored several cookbooks, explained that she lost the weight by "dieting and exercising." However, she admitted recently that keeping it off has been difficult.
"The most important thing I want to get across is that maintaining weight loss is just hard," she said. "It takes dedication to exercise and eating right most of the time."
How Trisha Yearwood Changed Her Life
"Most of the time" being the operative words, she emphasized. Yearwood, who is married to country crooner (and new grandpa!) Garth Brooks, does let herself cheat every once in a while.
"I'm not saying I don't enjoy the days that I'm not eating chocolate cake," she told the magazine. "But I do particularly like those days when I am eating chocolate cake."
