He was questioning why -- was being stopped. Ultimately he eventually did step out of the vehicle would not follow the officers' instructions. The officer -- that time did place mr. Bieber under arrest for resisting without. Without violence for not following his instructions. He felt at that time that mr. Bieber may have been impaired. He was brought to -- Miami Beach police station where a -- investigation was conducted. It was determined that he knew he was impaired. During the investigation mr. -- made statements that he had consumed some alcohol and that had been smoking marijuana. And consume -- about prescription medication. He's currently here at the station he's going to be transported to Miami Dade County corrections. Once he was here at the station it was very cooperative we did not have any issues within.
