— -- If you couldn't get enough of the O.J. Simpson trial, then you probably can't wait for Ryan Murphy's new FX miniseries, "American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson."
Now fans can get a first look at Cuba Gooding Jr. as O.J. Simpson, John Travolta as defense attorney Robert Shapiro, David Schwimmer as defense attorney Robert Kardashian, Sarah Paulson as prosecutor Marcia Clark and Courtney B. Vance as defense attorney Johnnie Cochran in the first official trailer, which dropped today.
The miniseries, which debuts Feb. 2, 2016, promises to tell the story we didn't see on television or in the headlines. Based on the book "The Run of His Life: The People v. O.J. Simpson" by Jeffrey Toobin, it's a look at the trial as told from the perspective of the lawyers.
